2. No Insurance Advice or Coverage

Content on the Website is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, medical, or insurance advice, and it does not describe the terms of any specific plan or policy.


Submitting a contact form, requesting a quote, or sending or receiving a text message does not enroll you in a plan or bind, change, or cancel coverage. Coverage is subject to eligibility, underwriting where applicable, carrier approval, and the terms of the plan or policy actually issued.


We do not offer every plan available in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.


3. Quotes and Carrier Services

Quotes and plan comparisons are based on the information you provide and are subject to change. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information. Claims, payments, and plan servicing may be handled directly by the insurance carrier, and the carrier's own terms and privacy practices apply to those services.

5. SMS Terms of Service

  1. When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup. By opting into this service you can expect to receive responses to your inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, plan review and enrollment period reminders, and service-related updates from Brooks Financial Group! Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text "HELP" for help. Text "STOP" to cancel.
  2. You can cancel this service at any time. Just text "STOP" to opt out. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.
  3. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text "HELP". After you send the message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
